Are there any restrictions due to Covid-19?

Due to the ongoing pandemic and health concerns, we ask that all customers wear a face covering and practice social distancing during their visit. Safety shields have been set up at cashier stations, as well as offering hand sanitizer. Our hours are as normal.

I saw something I loved and now I’m regretting not buying it. Can you ship it?

We are happy to take orders over the phone and ship any of our home goods within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally, or ship live plants. Fees and carrier will be determined based off items and location. Call for a quote.

There are too many great options and I want to give a gift!
Do you offer gift cards?

We sure do. Gift cards can be purchased for any value, starting at $10. They have no expiration date and come with a card and envelope. We can even mail them to the recipient for you, if you’d like.

I don’t know what happened, but my plant died!
Can I exchange it for a new one?

We offer a 30-day exchange policy on our plants. We are happy to explain how to best take care of them, and instructions can be found at our plant care guide here. Bring your plant back with the receipt and we will see what we can do for you.

What is your return policy?

Most of our home and garden goods can be returned within 30 days for store credit, with a receipt. Some items are considered final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. These may include some artwork and decor items. Give us a call with any questions.
